Encinitas, CA, YMCA (old)
This is our home. We (the team) practically live here. In fact, some of us have lived here. The Y is huge, open, solid, fast, connected, varied, and professional. The Y has served as a template for other parks on layout, corpo sponsorships, and skate P.E. programs. We commend the YMCA for their recognigtion of skating as an incredibly athletic SPORT. Everything connects to everything in this park. And if you haven't seen Jeff Budro skate this place, then you really haven't seen it's whole potential. He can connect anything. Vert to Street to Bowl to Mini to Slant to Kiddie Land. He kills it. Thanks again YMCA.
