Carlsbad, CA
The brand spanking new park in our neighboring city of Carlsbad. City officials obviously never went to Canada to see a real park before they planned this one, but that's OK, we're skaters, and we take whatever we can get, especially if it's free, like Carlsbad. Super smooth, often crowded, fun transfers from one area to another, but watch out for the fuzz, they give tickets for no pads. Wait, isn't that why they put the park in? So that kids would't get tickets that they couldn't afford doing something they enjoy with the freedom to hurt themselves in lieu of not having manuever constraing knee and elbow pads on? Hmmm. Just watch out for the fuzz.
